Lake Country Bible Church is lead by an Elder Board that is responsible for prayer, doctrine and spiritual leadership in the church as well as the support of and ministry to the pastor.

The Deacon Board is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the church. Including the grounds and all buildings pertaining to the church.
